IMPORTANT: New In 2008

All Managers, Coaches, Board Members, Umpires and League Volunteers must now include their Social Security number on their volunteer form along with an attached copy of their drivers license. All applications will be submitted for a background check prior to approval.

Registration Fees:

                            1       Child          $  80.00

                            2       Children    $140.00

                            3+     Children    $200.00

           

What You Need To Bring
   Complete the Player Registration Form and the Medical Release Form.  You can download it here or you can get the forms at the time of registration.
   Proof of residence and proof of age standards have become tougher and tougher over the years due to international exposure that "cheaters" have brought during the regional and international tournaments broadcast on TV.  Please be sure to pay attention to the requirements listed below

Proof of Residence
   Residency is established by where the parent/s or court-appointed guardian live, not the child.
   The parent must be able to show three proofs of residency at the time of registration.  Click here to see the official Residence Eligibility Requirements established by Little League, Inc.  To determine if you live within the Lemoore Little League boundaries, please look at this map.

Proof of Age
    Little League requires that you show proof of age at the time of registration.  This document is typically a certificate of live birth (birth certificate) issued by the county.  Please review this official Little League Proof of Age Requirements document to determine what is needed.
   Please keep in mind that the hospitals usually issue a "ceremonial" certificate that may include foot prints, etc.  This is not acceptable because it is not a government issued document.
